With summer finally feeling like it is here it is my job to help all my beautiful brunette’s transition into the season. A lot of people enjoying lightening their hair in the warmer months.

My favorite trick for my darker beauties is adding a warmer highlight to their color!

I choose a warmer color because toners (a color applied after highlights that decides what color your highlights become) can only survive so much. The extra sunshine, extra washes, pool days, etc is hard on out hair which can result in premature color fading. If we chose a warmer highlight for brunettes it will be less obvious when your toner starts to fade off and your hairs natural underlying pigment is exposed again!

From here you can schedule an appointment usually 8 weeks from our initial visit to have a Lived in Refresh which will blend your highlights, refresh your toner, and give your hair the healthy trim it deserves!
