We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted. To ensure we can best serve all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).

This fee will be charged to the payment method on file or added to your next visit.
2. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
3. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply.

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals within the remaining appointment time, but full service may not be guaranteed.
4. How to Cancel

Cancellations can be made by calling or texting us at [Your Contact Number] or via our online booking system.
5. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to work with you.

To ensure a smooth booking experience for all clients, please review our booking terms and conditions before scheduling an appointment.
1. Booking Process

Appointments can be booked online through our booking platform, by phone, or in person.

A valid phone number and/or email address are required to confirm your appointment.

We may require a deposit for certain services, which will be applied to your final bill.
2. Deposit Policy

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits are applied toward your final service total. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, the deposit will be forfeited.
3. Confirmation and Reminders

Appointment confirmations will be sent via text or email.

Reminder messages will be sent 24–48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please ensure your contact information is current.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).

No-show appointments will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply.
6. Service Adjustments

If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 72 hours. We will gladly discuss solutions to ensure your satisfaction.
7. Payment Policy

8. Gift Cards and Vouchers

Gift cards are non-refundable and may only be redeemed for services or retail products.
